Tadjeddine Bachir, a graduate of the Ecole Supérieure d’Informatique, is the author of a book on e-Government in Algeria and founder of a software publishing company since 1997, alongside his consultancy firm, Tadjeddine & Partners. He presided over the Algerian Digital Actors Group (GAAN) from 2020 to 2022 and currently leads the Digital African Summit’s organizing committee. He is also a member of the Permanent Sectorial Committee for Scientific Research and sits on the board of the National School of Management.
His expertise lies in digital transformation for governments and enterprises, as well as personal data protection. He has spoken at hundreds of tech and entrepreneurship events.
