Wissame Saada is the Deputy Director for the Development and Promotion of Startups at the Ministry of Knowledge Economy, Startups, and Micro-enterprises since June 2023. She also manages the administrative operations of the startup and innovation project certification committee.
With extensive experience in IT engineering and technology project management, Wissame has worked with several public institutions, including the Prime Minister’s office and various ministries, overseeing IT equipment maintenance, optimization, and monitoring. She holds a Master’s in IT Project Management and a Bachelor’s in Computer Science from Mouloud Mammeri University of Tizi-Ouzou.
